本ページは、FDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）認定の公開基準（不変レイヤー）を定義します。認定の軸となる能力領域・評価段階・認定ライン・カバレッジ指標の定義を公開し、個別の出題・採点基準・現場アセスメント課題は公開しません（試験の公正性保持のため）。

III. 認定ラインと合格基準

FDE Professional 認定ライン＝全9領域で Lv3「できた」B評定以上。
合格基準＝必須スキル項目100%＋選択スキル項目60%以上の充足（領域別判定）。
スキルカバレッジ%＝保有スキル項目数 ÷ 等級別要件項目数 ×100。カバレッジ%は表示指標であり、合否判定値ではありません。

IV. 認定階層 — 4 TIERS

Foundations修了証（Certificate of Completion）は上記4階層の認定バッジとは別カテゴリの修了証であり、デジタル認定バッジではありません。

V. 検証 — VERIFICATION

本標準の認定バッジは Open Badges 規格に準拠して発行され、各バッジの Evidence URL から本ドメイン上の Report Card（評定明細）を第三者がいつでも検証できます。発行者（Issuer）は ART & SCIENCE / Global FDE Standard 単一に固定されています。

This page defines the public criteria (invariant layer) of the FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) certification: the competency domains, evaluation levels, certification line, and coverage metric. Individual test items, scoring anchors, and field-assessment assignments are not published, to preserve assessment integrity.

III. CERTIFICATION LINE & PASSING RULE

FDE Professional certification line = Grade B or above at Lv3 ("I did it") across all 9 domains.
Passing rule = 100% of required skill items plus at least 60% of elective skill items, judged per domain.
Skill Coverage % = held skill items ÷ tier requirement items × 100. Coverage % is a display metric, not a pass/fail value.

V. VERIFICATION

Badges under this standard are issued in conformance with the Open Badges specification. Each badge's Evidence URL links to a Report Card hosted on this domain, allowing any third party to verify the underlying grades at any time. The Issuer is fixed as a single entity: ART & SCIENCE / Global FDE Standard.
